Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
How to Cancel: Email your cancellation request along with your Order ID to lelobazaroffice@gmail.com.
Shipped Orders: Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You may simply refuse the delivery when it arrives, or initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the item.
Refunds: For successful cancellations on prepaid orders, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
