Orders below this amount incur a flat fee of ₹49
Express shipping costs are calculated at checkout

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number and a link to track it in real time.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays
Delayed orders: Contact us at Lelobazar2009@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll investigate immediately
Incorrect address: Please double-check your address at checkout — we're not responsible for delays due to incorrect info, though we'll help resolve it
Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, reach out and we'll open an investigation and arrange a reshipment or refund
Failed delivery attempts: If a courier can't deliver after 3 attempts, the order may return to us, and re-shipping charges may apply

6. International Shipping
We currently ship within India only
(If you expand internationally later, typical dropshipper norms are 10–20 business days delivery with customs/duties charged to the customer)
